Who we are

I believe learning how to cook for yourself and others is one of the most important qualities you can have. Cooking for yourself is a form of self-love and nourishing your body. Cooking for others is an act of kindness and a thoughtful gesture. I have always loved to cook, however, in college I got into the hobby of cooking for my friends. This turned into a weekly event where there were sometimes over twenty people over in my small apartment. Not only was this fulfilling, but all of us always had a lovely, wholesome time.

Cooking does not have to be lavish by any means. I have cooked with jarred sauces and made sauces from scratch, however, no matter what the flavor is, it is always delicious. I want to showcase some recipes I think are comforting and taste great to serve to a crowd. I want my pictures and videos of these dishes to emphasize that nothing about these recipes are fancy, but more fun and nourishing.
